I would say that as long as there isn’t a serious injury- broken spine, vertebra, dislocation, etc, this would be fine to do. Just do it slowly and concentrate on your neck relaxing and you should be fine. If a move hurts too much, don’t do it!

this is just want I need. I have a little bit of an alignment problem. I am new to yoga ..meaning I am now doing it everyday wtih a serious intent on staying with it for a long time. Thankyou for this video.
