Amazing! I’ve been looking all other videos on youtube but yours are the best, your demo with the music and the beatiful places is of no comment! I’m glad I’ve found this master… Do you have a DVD from where I could be able to learn from you? We can I get it in Switzerland?
Greetings from Zürich!

Thanks for the question. As the leg-hold position starts, the pelvis tilts back to allow room to adjust the arms around the leg. Once the leg-hold is set, the pelvis does actually shift so that the body returns back into the sitbones. The cut of the pants (low in the back) give the impression that he is sitting off the sitbones, but he is sitting aligned on the sitbones for the majority of the leg-hold position.
