It is all about trust with the other person.ยจ
As all styles of yoga requires a combination of things like strength, felibiltiy, focusing etc.. once you understand all of this then yoga and partner yoga becomes very interesting!!!

i’m a teacher of this had to learn in india for 5 years but with the right music it can feel like the world drifts apart from your life.
BUT you must be able to trust in YOUR OTHER HALF treat him or her as a part of YOU
