all yoga is based on the kundalini. Even pranayama or breathing exercises awakens the kundalini SERPENT power. But look into it – Goddess Kali IS the kundalini. That’s right, Kali (the Shakti of Satan) is said to actually BE the kundalini. If you are doing yoga, you are worshipping Kali. The same Kali who demands human and animal sacrifice.
So, my question is:
If it is healthy for me PHYSICALLY, and I either disregard and refuse to participate in the spiritual aspect of it, or focus only on my Lord and Savior and take awe snd wonder in the way HE made the human body, is it still evil?
Also, I have terrible leg and lower back pain and issues resulting from many years in dance. Most excersises to strengthen my physical conditions are too hard and rigorus for me. Yoga, as well as Tai Chi, are slow, calm movements that are gentle on the body while strengthening musles and core muscles and physical balance which is healthy for our human bodies (notice I didn’t say CORE or BALANCE reffering to it spiritually. I belive God will strengthen your spirit, as it should be.)
okay. I KNOW that Yoga ORIGINATED and is SECULARLY TAUGHT in “pagan” and is about conecting to the earth. However, can you explain to me how practicing it in Christian faith rather than pagan faith is evil. I once did yoga in school and as they told me to connect with the earth and connect with the others I furiously and aggressively forced that away from me and meditated on the Lord. It says in the Bible to meditate on God. Meditation is not evil. Yes, meditating on the EARTH and YOURSELF is.
